At a glance, Hidden View Apartments are peaceful, well located, and run by a quality staff. This is the image that Rick Rayburn presents to all prospective tenants. However, it is quickly learned that these are not apartments suited for families. Aside from being cramped, the walls are paper thin, the workmanship is poor, and often designed to fall apart, and noise ordinances prohibit all but the quietest of voices.
Moreso, Rick Rayburn has a history of withholding security deposits for a number of reasons, ranging from "improper notification of intention to move" to "lack of professional cleaning upon leaving".
In short, if you move into these apartments, do not expect anything to be fixed promptly, if at all, and do not expect your security deposit back when you leave.
