do not rent from here. the quality of the apartments are not worth the money. the new management will cheat and find anyway to get money from you. if rent is due on a sunday, and you pay on early on monday morning, they charge you a late fee of $50 bucks. who collects payments on a sunday? i asked to have some work done on my apartment and nothing has been done in 3 months. sometimes, the office leaves before 6pm. so if you have a package sitting in the office, make sure you get there well before 6pm to make sure you get it. the porch smells like dog pee because the tenants are not caring of their dogs. the quality of life here has decreased in just 5 months that i have lived here. i can't wait to move out this weekend!! do not rent from here, or you will regret it!!
