I stay there 9-30-06,apt 104 1820 e. texas st. bossier city. la. 71111. I recommend no one stay there because of bed bugs and they did not return my security deposite. I stay only 7 days fight against bed bugs. move out & then he manager fred bennet would not refund my deposite. receipt no. 38756. they cheate me out of $150.00 deposite, pluse three weeks I did not stay there. and he tow my car, and I loss 1500.00 and tools about 500.00.f--k them!
