Rented: From 2005 To 2007

Needed an aprtment badly. Got this fast wish i would have taken my time. Toothpaste still on the bathroom counter when i moved in drywall was coming down and floor wasnt vacuumed. A/c went out alot and wasnt fixed fast at all. When I decided I had enough i moved and cleaned the apartment and they had enough balls to say i would not get my deposit back because it was dirty!! I was so mad I threatened to get a lawyer and only then did I get it back. the lady who owns it is a complete bi*#h I would no recommend this apartment to anyone. Good location and convienent to everything around Bossier but when its july august with bad or no a/c and drywall that falls on the floor along with everything else not worth the convienence.
