appliances need to be updated! our dishwasher won't even clean the dishes its so old. Tiles on kitchen floor are old,stained and cracked and have been since we moved in of March 2007. The rent here is the highest in town. Not worth the money. Of course it is the only apt. in town with a pool that is kept clean and its next door to all the shopping that DeRidder has to offer.
