Review for Regency Crest Apartments

I've lived at these apartments for more than seven (7) years. Generally over all impression was favorable, until approximately 8 months ago (New Manager). Overall appearance of the property and the quality of maintenance has fallen to an unaccpetable low.

Area is dirty and has not be cleaned for months. The area around the dumpster is filthy and dirty. Most is renaters fault here.

The laundry room is filthy and has not been cleaned for over a month.

Toomany pets, dogs especially. Some units have 3 pets. Dogs are always barking and disturbing.

There is dogg stoll in the commonly used area, i.e. Porches, walkways. You have to doge doggy land mines. Peopel have let thier dogs go to stoll outside theire own doors and do not clean up. dog poo is on the stairwells.

Palce is going downhill fast. To get some maintenance done, ya have to keep at the office staff.
