Review for Rosepine Seniors Apartments

Poor electrical, POOR maintenace
Possible drug infiltrated. Other than senior citizens and elderly age 55 over. are living here. Younger people live with elderly friend etc. Bad habits follow these people.
Contract has inaccurate address for greviences to be mailed to.
Management on grounds ONLY Monday and Friday.
Emergency "pull-chords" in apts. are not of any use, cause no management to react to emergency alarm.
Carpets were not cleaned .
NO enforced animal leash law. Dogs and cats run loose, doing their business on any yard they wish.
Parking is far from adequate. They are still back in 1987 code. No rule in contract, so person that has favor with manager gets the parking!
Lots of prejudice!
What about our SENIOR CITIZENS and our Disabled people here They should not be taken advantage of like they are here!! Please do something!
"Legal loopholes" are being used to allow younger people to alter the purpose of SENIOR CITIZEN housing; thus a complex for all ages and their drugs, loud music etc. instaed of its
Be sure to thoroughly read the contract agreement and get accurate rules, addresses,and directions about greviences!
Also be catious if looking to rent elsewhere in La. and near states.They are spread over other states.
