Safety is not good as there is drinking, drugs, partying in the streets at night. Management is poor, with money being the only concern, not safety, housing conditions, etc.
Unit upkeep is bad, with mold, mildew in cabinets, and walls. Air condition units don't work well and the electrical bills are outrageous.
