Review for Village East Townhouse Apt Apartments

Safety is not good as there is partying, drinking, drugs in the streets at night. Units are not upkept well. Management is poor, and uncaring about the complex's noise, street parties, and unsafe atmosphere.
Rent is expensive, and the units are not in that great of condition. The owner does not seem to care, according to management...other than about collecting money.
