I have lived at this apartment complex since Jan. 2000 (9 1/2 years). A/C and Water Heater problems are repaired immediately. Other maintenace is set up on a priorty basis. This complex is located right off of Veterans Memorial Blvd. which gives access to a Public Bus Line and you are situated between New Orleans and Kenner Louisiana. There is a public park within walking distance with activites for both adults and children (Lafrienere Park). My aprtment is furnshied with a stackable washer/dryer with a complete kitchen of appliances. The airconditioners/heaters are very cool and warm as desired. This complex comes with creeks with running water and waterfalls. Swimming pool is also available.
