Rented: 2005 To 2009

Nice looking apts until you live there. Mold grows rampant in the windows and bathrooms. Children in complex are horrible to deal with. Loud music despite signs. People throw their trash on the ground. Maintenance is very good. Office staff is very nice. Despite having to get criminal background checks there are quite a few bad apples in the complex(children and adults). Staff will listen to complaints but do not always address them.
