Rented: From 2008 To 2009

We had David Coxe as a property manager on a recent apartment. Nothing was fixed in the year we were there, he made inappropriate comments upon move in, and was unresponsive and not friendly. We loved the apartment but we didn't love dealing with him. Also, we didn't like dropping rent off in a shady mailboxes, etc. type place since we were 2 girls living alone, etc.
