Review for Towne Oaks South Apartments

Please consider another place to live because Town Oaks South apartments are not properly managed. The maitenance staff isn't up to par and does a horrible job of responding to maitenance calls. You have ghetto neighbors who are very inconsiderate by playing loud music and talking loud all times of the night. I felt very nervous going to my car because it was always people around who were not residents making loud noise and saying profane language among themselves. Moreover, the office staff was "sorry" they do not deserve to have the title property managers/representatives because they did a horrific job managing the property. Whenever me or my husband had an issue with something/someone decided to park in our parking space and we notified them, they would basically tell us they couldn't do anything about it. With that said, go someone else...better yet consider renting a house or purchasing a house before coming here. Shucks look what you will be paying for rent...it's not worth it. If you want to have peace and security, please do not consider these apartments.
