I am a current tennent. The staff is very friendly. The rent is a bit high for the space you get but the view is great. It's right on the water so you have to put up with a lot of mosquitoes, bugs, roaches & espically spiders. There are spiders EVERYWHERE. I have even been seeing mice around my apt. There is a balcony with a water view at every apt, but you can't sit out there at night because of the insects. I think they should do "bug control" considering that there are so many outside and then they work their way inside and you have a problem. If you can't deal with bugs then don't live here.
