Review for Quail Cove Apartments

Quail Cove is close to EVERYTHING! I have lived here for about 2 years and in 2 different apartments. Whether upstairs or down, I don't hear my neighbors! The maintenance guys are very sweet and know what they're doing. They've been here pretty much since the property was built, and I know one of them has done most of the renovations in the apartments himself. I like that when there is a problem, management doesn't have to call another business and schedule the work to be done. Parking here isn't the best, but I do have my own numbered spot. Both times someone has been in my spot, the managers have tried to find the owner (and did!). The girls in the office are really sweet and very helpful. I always make sure to let them know if I am going to be late with rent so that they don't think I don't appreciate all they do here. On a 10 point scale, I give this place a 9.5.
