Review for Pine View Estates Apartments

I lived in this building for 6 months- Needless to say I got out as soon as humanly possible. A friend of mine lived in building A with me and the entire basement was infested with ROACHES and MOLD!!!! We both had children (which both these things can be DEADLY to kids if untreated) Linda was made aware multiple time, by multiple tenants, and never informed the other residents, or called to have it taking care of. I never would have known if it wasn't for other tenants telling me. She refused to give me back my deposit even though I broke my lease for a health violation, and on top of it all- I had to pay $400 in co-pays to have my child's respiratory system checked by 3 different specialists because of the conditions in that building!
Don't even go in the building to LOOK at the units- for your own health safety! Linda Bloodgood should be fired and thrown in jail! Who knows how many children have gotten sick because of her negligence!
