Thay may sound awesome but seriously unless you want drunks and young teenagers hanging around throughing eggs at the apartment, and the drunks trying to get into your apartment.....stay clear of this place not to mention they have out of control tenants there and they don't care about the fact you pay them every month before rent is even due, and they will take the state's money and keep them and make the ones who actually work for their money suffer.
