Review for College Park Orchard Trails Apartments

So the idea was nice. Higher quality apartments close to campus where a guy could spend his last year before taking off. It ended up being the year of hell. The apartments while appearing to be high quality ended up being nothing but flashy, everything about the place was sub-standard. The walls were so thin that I could hear conversations, sex, video games, and drunken brawls with crystal clear clarity. The ceiling was just thick enough to meet code, and just thin enough where you could always hear people running, and bouncing basketballs. The fire suppression system in the kitchen would bounce on the ceiling. The internet was supposed to be high speed, but it appeared as if they had gotten 1 high speed connection per building and then just used a router to split it up, so what should have been 100 Mbps was most times 20. Then there was a lack of parking enforcement. They issued permits, but wouldn't tow non-permit vehicles or vehicles parked in front of the building. Nor would they kick out residents who kept having parties every day of the week. Overall I would rate this place as a 1. While the hired help was always courteous and nice, it was just such a terrible experience that the idea of paying $520 a month makes me want to puke.
