Review for Washburn Apts Apartments

Nice looking but way to expensive. Considering that you can rent a whole house in any of Orono's neighboring towns for apprx $400.00-600.00 and still live only ten to fifteen minutes away from campus, washburn's outrageous at 780.00 per month. The apartment complex is pretty loud, no pets and no perks (does have washer/dryer hookup), also the parking situation quite often sucks. Washburn is practically on the grounds of the University so it does have that going for it. All in all I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Just rating the apartments alone I'd give them an 8 out of 10.
