Review for Thayer Garden Management - Keystone Management Apartments

My fiance, friend and I moved into an apartment in Waterville, ME and it was the most disturbing and disgusting place to live. We had the police over many nights out of the month, and had issues with the tenants daily. We finally had to break the lease because we were lied to by one of their staff (since we weren't even around the area, we asked them to set us up in a safe area). After the lease was broken (and even being told we would get our money back) they took our $300 dollar deposit and said the facility was not cleaned, and they had to remove a lot of belongings. Yes, we left SOME belongings behind but they claimed we left a lot more than we did. We also spent WEEKS cleaning the facility and they are of NO help, and have taken our funds.
