The apartment is very spacious. All of the rooms are nicely sized. However, since the complex is 38 years old, there are cracks in the walls that are not able to be repaired. The kitchen has no dishwasher, whick I know I want for my next apartment. There is a high rate of crime within the complex, which is why I am trying to get out of the complex.
