Review for Westerlee Apartments

Run down apartments with crazy expensive utilities. 99% of the people in the rental office are completely incompetent. I set up an automatic draft for my rent and they "lost" my info and served me with an eviction notice; I then had to provide my bank statement to prove they'd been getting my rent in months prior. It took them nearly a year to return my security deposit despite my repeated follow up attempts. I am amused but not surprised to see that the iron railing on the balcony of the apartment I lived in five years ago is still coming out of the concrete, presenting a significant hazard. It was like that when I moved in, I notified them and here it is six years later, still broken.
