Review for Howard Crossing Apartment Homes Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for over and year and looking forward to moving. There have been numerous problems with this apartment and area. Person shot and murder across the street. Roaches...Gross! My cats chase them and eat them. Neighbors are noisy and have no respect for others no matter what time of day. From horns honking at all hours, music playing as loud as possible, and people outside are loud and careless of others. Doors are slammed so hard by neighbors that pictures fall off of the walls. The walls and floors of the apartments are so thin and poorly made that we can hear our neighbors talking and watching TV. We can also hear the floor creak below us as people are walking across it. Fixtures within the apartments are not fixed in a timely manner or the first time. Trying to get maintence to solve a problem is like pulling teeth with the office staff. The office staff is not helpful and rude as well.
