Rented: From 2007 To 2009

Been here for 2 years and if you can think of it, its gone wrong. Bad neighborhood, lots of violence, have had the same issues for 2 years that maintenance has never come to fix. The new office staff are not helpful at all. The apartment is so small that I no one with children should live here. The walls are paper thin. Neighbors are not friendly at all. Lawn covered in dog droppings. Air conditioner extremely loud, garbage disposal has always sounded like it was going to explode, one of the smoke detectors has not worked properly since move-in, door to laundry room has been broken for months and you literally have to break into the laundry room. 2 washers and dryers for 14 apartments so its almost impossible to do laundry, and its expensive.

The only positive is all utilities are included in the rent but its still not worth the price.

I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy
