Rented: 2004 To 2008

I lived at this place for four years on the third floor. I had squirrel racing across the ceiling like it was a track, I had whasps (bees) coming in the apartment through the vents, I had a mouse in the house and they really didn't care to take care of any of these things. They changed out my mail box and gave it to a new tenant, where I had an insurance check stolen from my mail, because of it. They didn't care to see what happen or investigate or anything. They were very nonchalant about everything that took place. The management group was nice sometimes, but they did not take care of orders in a timely fashion unless it was about them getting paid. My air conditioner went out every summer on the hottest days and they never had any portable units. To me they were not about their tenants they were about their money.
