The noise for one, How someone can be right next to someone and drown out a fog horn with there big mouth ???
It was 6 months and 5 calls before they would fix a hole in the bathroom from the person upstairs letting his tub run over.
Then when I needed to relocate to another state. I gave them there 30 days notice on the frist of the month, they said they did not get it until the 5th. I handed it to them myself.
They said the carpet needed to be replace, which is a scam I have the pictures that I have taken before I left.
They say I owe them money for something they where most likely going to replace anyway. When I rented the apartment
they said they where replacing the carpets over the next year or two????. They may get away with it with some others, BUT NOT ME. It will be a cold day in #*^# before I will pay them anything that I did not do.
