This is a brand new townhome and it is very poorly constructed. We have lived her a month and a half and have had nothing but trouble. Not only would I not recomment Pangborn apartments but I would not recommend Hagerstown, MD. The staff in the office are not helpful. There is usually only one person in the office and they can not help you. You would have to show yourself the townhome or apartment on their properties. Do not rent from Nava Property Management.
