I lived at the Briarwood Apartments for 3 years and it was pleasent. I didn't have any problems with bugs because if i saw a but I called maintenance and they would spray the whole apartment. No problems. I stayed at the back of the apartment complex so you would have to get use to the train flying by all times of the night and day. I did have noisy neighbors my last year there and there was not much help the apartment office to make them be quite they suggested that I called the cops. Overall I would suggest someone to stay there.
