Review for Painters Mill Apartments

The overall rating of this apartment complex is good, almost excellent.

I'll be moving in July and wanted to let you all know that this is a pretty good neighborhood to live in. Very quiet, peaceful and the neighbors are kind.

Not too many negatives:

* You have to call maintenance (sometimes) 2 times before they remember to come out to make any repairs, but when they do, the repairs are made well.

* UPS tends to forget to leave a notice on your door to let you know that the leasing office has your package, so check with the office often.

* They do raise the rent EVERY YEAR. My increase amounted to about $15-$25 per year. It varied year after year.

* I wish the laundry facilities were a bit cleaner, they are clean, but could be maintained cleaner.

* The stairwells are maintained very well.

All and all it's a pretty, safe, clean, quiet and nice neighborhood to live.

I'll let you all know if I have any problems getting my security deposit back.
