Rented: From 2008 To 2009

The website for the management community clearly states that they are green, however, they do not provide the funding to the properties nor the training to new staff for them to go green. My AC ductwork was full of holes, in an outdoor closet that I could not access until maintenance had to drill the lock because old maintenance guy took the keys with him. The air handler is 27 years old and contrary to this page on their website: inhttp://www.associatedestates.com/environment.aspx
I am not able to get it replaced. I ask for a programmable thermostat, denied. Windows and doors all leak, takes two people to lock the dining room window. New office staff and maintenance are trying, but I will never lease with an Associated Estates property again.
