Rented: From 2007 To 2007

the first floor apartments are mold infested! the apartments are not cleaned and the carpets are not shampooed before you move in! The workmanship is shotty! The grounds are always flooded! You always have to call the cops because of college parties! You have to give 24 hour notice to take a guest to the pool!!!!!! and then you are not allowed to have more than 2 guests!!!! The amenities do not exist! I hate is here! most of the residents do!
