I think Parkway Terrace is an ok place to live. I am not in the rear of the complex so I don't see any drug activity. However there are occasions whereas I smell marijuana in my hallway. For the most part it is decent a place to live. I must say Ms. Williams the property manager is very professional and if she is not available and you leave a message she will call you back. I've only had to call maintenance twice and each time they came the same day and fixed the problem.
