Rented: From 2006 To 2008

I have been living at Top of the Hill for 3 years now. The first year was fine with no problems. After my first year lease was up then I started to have problems. When it rains hard outside the water comes in above my windows in the living and bedroom. I have been complaining for over 2 years and the community manager just told me I should leave and that there was nothing that they could/would do to fix the problem. He was rude and nasty on the phone. To this date they have still not fixed the problem.
