Rented: From 2005 To 2006

Constant ceiling leakings which wet the carpet. Management does not do anything about getting the water out of your carpet, which starts to smell. Will come out to stop the leak, but will keep the ceiling open for weeks at a time. Bathtub does not drain properly, very very slow. Parking sucks. And my neighbors play their music any time of the day or night, doesn't matter if I'm sleep, don't want to hear it or what. No respect. No place for kids to play...no playground. They open up the pool way later than most other places.
