Review for Oakview Apartments

This community actually has some really nice looking apartments. My two bedroom apartment has almost 900 square feet. I love showing it off, especially because of all the space. However, the outside presentation leaves much to be desired. The grounds are not kept neat and clean, the maintence staff has an "i'll get to it when i feel like it" attitude and the management seems totally indifferent. I've had maintenance requests pending for the last six months now, and I'm treated like a pest when I call to follow up. The parking lots at night are extremely dark leaving little visibility and a very unsafe environment. A light outside of my building has been blown for almost two months and although it was reported, there has been no efforts made to replace it. There are also many teenagers who frequently hang out in the neighborhood at night causing a very uncomfortable noise level and overall public nuisance. In summary, as long as as you are held up in your apartment, you would enjoy your experience here. If you so happen to leave your home, request a maintenance repair, or open a window or two, you may find it very difficult to enjoy.
