This is a new building somewhat near the Rockville train station. Ok walk during the day but not a desirable walk at night for us. Bus is easy to get and stops in front of building though. Convenient to shops on Rockville Pike but layout of building requires a lot of walking to get to your car or mail from many apartments. Nice gym, pool and internet cafe areas. Some apartments have more noise from the train than others.

The building is new but needs better ongoing maintenance from what we can see. Repairs are addressed quickly but spills in hallways and other cleanliness issues could be addressed sooner.

Residents sometimes do not dispose of trash properly. It is not our definition of luxury living. The rent seems high to us but I am not sure how it compares to similar buildings.
