Review for Fineberg Mangement Apartments

I sublet this apartment as my first place in Boston. Fineberg was rude when I needed maintenance, if they even answered the phone. We have cockroaches in the bathroom, our shower has no pressure, and about once a month there isn't hot water. We had our heat go off on a Sunday, so we called 24 hour maintenance to be HUNG UP on and then our calls dropped for 3 hours. When we finally got through, we were told they'd fix it soon - we didn't have heat for another FIVE hours (in DECEMBER). The entire building had the radiator overflow and flood every apartment and the entranceway. The puddle from this in entrance of our building was left to evaporate - the tiles are still rotted and molding. The floor in our bathroom is falling through because the bathtub leaks. NOTHING is maintained. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
