Review for Fourteen Forty Three Beacon Apartments

I have lived in 1443 for 4 years. The units are big compared to smiliar luxury buildings in Brookline. There are basically no ameneties (only one extremely small gym) but the prices are very high. The majority of residents are either 70-80+ years old, or young families. The worst part about this buildling is its horrible management. On multiple occasions I have asked the manager, MARY, very kindly about why my rent is increasing more than others, or why only certain people get parking rate increases. She never has an answer and responds in an extremely rude and unreasonable fashion. She talks in a condescending, mean, rude, impatient manner every single time.
