absolutely horrible.
did not fix a major breakdown in the apartment (I can not write detail fearing retaliation) for 2 days.

would enter apartment without prior notice or permission.

brought prospective tenants while we were living there and the real estate agent tried to open my apartment without even ringing the bell.

I would not recommend Sovereign Apt at 1440 Beacon Street to my worst enemy.
