Review for Mayo Group The Apartments

I've been living in these apartments for the last two years and am so excited to finally move.Ive gottoneb over 500 dollor parking tickets because were not allowed to park next to the building for more then 2 hours.. or park in the garage thats 4 dollers every time u go in and out i mean seriously isnt parking suppose to come with an apartment as such. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to moving in. The apartment its self the layout I should say is nice. But when u have centipedez coming out ur drains or creeping thru every corner of ur rugs it might be a problem..They do have a laundrey facility on 2 floors that NEVER work Properly.. The halways always smell Like ether Trash or or Something really foul...the elivater is ALWAYS broken so if you like the stairs then it shouldnt be a problem ...whats sad is theres always some crackheads or lowlife prostitutes tryna ring your doorbells to get in the building to get a fix or have sex I found numerous times pipes and condoms in the elivators as well as hallways and staircases my daughter having to find them as well as not having anywere to play. And I must Say Susana the lady who rents the property I have to say big time Fake.She likes to talk about tenents and there buisness to people in the building she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!...all she wants is to rent out the apartments anything goes wrong she says it will be fixed maybe in a week...I highly suggest no-one lives in these apartments they r disgusiting...I think whateva is uder that building is creeping through the walls...Soo I would rethink it if I was you.
