There is a new manager- Sara. She is not good. She does not care for tenants, just cares for making money. We lived in this apt for 3 years. Now planning to move out as we are buying house. However she is not accommodating. She wants to charge increased rent - 100$ more-, no pro-rata. She also charges for normal wear-tear that happens over 2-3 year.
Units have some noise. We hear TV, music noise almost every night from next door.
