Review for Car Barn Apartments

My mom And Dad live at the carbarn,and so does my brother and his wife.The place has mice,cockaroches,and god knows what else,On 1/27/08 my father was taken a walk down the hall, when all of a sudden this hooker walked up too him(while in the carbarn,and asked him if he needed a women for a fee!!The drugs is another issue but anyway,after the hooker said that too my 70yr. old father,my mother called the cops.The cop even said what is going on with this place because they have been there so many times,And too top It off my mother goes too the office to see managment tell her what happened and her reply was sorry there's nothing I can do!!!! Just keep calling the cops (managment said)Managment could do somthing positive if she was not so concered with filing her nails(YES filing her nails)I cannot beleave Clarmont acually has not taken any steps too take care of any matter at the carbarn,Its like gimme the rent and live in Hell,take the peoples money and not care about anything going on in the carbarn,Sad,real sad when your disabled parents have too go through this,and by what I hear the other Clarmont properties are no better.WHERE IS the owner???Thats what I like to know because he sure needs to do something instead of just collecting rent.SHAM ON YOU JIM LINTON!!!!<---PROPERTY OWNER.Jim you need to get your act together,your tenants are not happy AT ALL..I talke to my mother all I hear is about hookes roaming the halls.drugs being sold,mice and cocaroachs.WAKE UP JIM!!!
