Wow... where to start. I had to install my own phone jack because none of thier's worked - then they charged me 50 bucks when I moved out for trashing the old jack. My car was stolen and broken into. Their own security had my car and a friend's car impounded in the middle of an afternoon on Sunday. Just a mess - save yourself the time and the money and rent elsewhere.
