The F.C.L.M. must be the winner in this years scariest place to live contest. This is subsidized living at its worst. Elderly and disabled residents are evicted with no just cause and the evil social worker persecutes anyone who does not fit into her view of the respectable tenant. Residents are pitted one against another in an attempt on the part of the management staff to gain and maintain control over it's sick and elderly residents.
