Constant Harassment By Mr. Bergeron, Building’S Ma

Mr. Bergeron showed bad disposition whenever we requested his assistance, but above all, he has been disrespectful and inappropriate in repeated occasions. He trashed our private property, refused to call the exterminator after more than two weeks with mice in our apartment, turned a heating problem into a potential legal case, endangered the safety of residents, harassed women, illegally requested private information such as SSN, and approached us under the influence of alcohol.

Oh, I've thought a couple times he seemed rather drunk (red eyes and reeking) and a bit of a woman-hater. Glad to see i'm not the only one who's encountered the surliness!
