Review for 42 Orchard Rd Apartments

My roommates and I enjoyed our apartment, the rooms are large and the kitchen is a eat-in. Plenty of storage space, three parking spaces (one in garage) and access to the outside storage space (great for bikes). There is also access to the roof of the carport, which one of my roommates really enjoyed. The only problems would be the lack of a real living room (the living room is rented out as a bedroom and what is used is in actuality a large hallway. The landlord is a bit sketchy, did not have us sign leases right away, and in the end he turned out to be untrustworthy (promised 90 days notice before end of lease if the rent would raise but only gave 30 for a $100/$150 raise, refused to put damage previous to us moving in in writing, and refused to put other issues in writing as well).
