Review for New Amsterdam Apartments

Fake tile and hardwood floors...after manager told us they were real. The microwave was broke before we moved in. There is a giant grey fuse box in the kitchen where a table would go. We still have not received our second key set 3 months later... The drawers in the counter top for silverware and towels fall out because the guide rails are not screwed in. The window latches are cheap and the windows pop out during high winds. Closet doors are thin and pop off track all the time. No ceiling lights in rooms except kitchen and bath. Parking lot is a joke. You can only use a washer dryer set they contracted with... $1,100 right there.

They are brand new...but are built way too fast and obviously by the cheapest bidder.

i had the same issues everyone does so far that is why they cant fill the other apartments
