We ve lived at Pine Valley for almost 4 years. We are moving soon but only because of an addition to our family. Everything has been wonderful over the 4 years. The staff and maintenance has been great when issues have come up. We had a noise issue with someone and filed complaints and it was taken care of in a fast/timely manner. Overall we have been taken care of and we would recommend this apartment community. Good value.
