1 staff member was nice. the apartment was shabby for 900 a month. The sidewalks were uneven and cracked. In the winter the sidewalks are sheets of ice and they don't salt them. I almost slipped several times while carrying my infant. The microwave they provided blew a fuse throughout the apartment leaving me with no heat for a day. I had to buy my own. I had to call maintenance for several repairs. The dishwasher racks were rusted and they wouldn't replace them. there was a hole in the wall that they did fix. The bedroom door was uneven and wouldn't close. Dog or cat hair in the carpet. The list goes on and on. I got tired of calling maintenance. I ended up moving out after 3 months.
