Review for Georgetown Community Apartments

When we moved in in Oct. of 2005 things were decent. When things needed fixed it got done quickly. However this last year has been the worst it has ever been. Our neighbors are so loud they keep my kids up, I have had to ask them to quiet down on several occasions. We went without water for 3 days with no assistence from the complex. We had to pay full rent after this as well. The security lights outside my building didn't work for nearly 3 weeks, and the security door is constantly being propped open. The maintenance people are rude and have no idea what they are doing. It took 4 of them to fix a toilet. One individual had to come in and fix where his coworker was supposed to fix my sink, but ended up making it leak and ruin everything below. Our ceiling fan rocks and appears like it is going to fall off the mounts. As for parking, there is never enough. This is evident when about half the apartments are full and there is no where to park in the lot. We are moving when our lease is up and NEVER coming back.
